We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. We ship domestically via UPS or USPS including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Orders received by 1:00pm PST Monday – Friday will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will generally be shipped on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday.
If you placed an order on a Friday after 1:00pm PST - Sunday, it will be shipped on the following Monday or next Business day (If Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
We currently offer USPS Priority shipping, UPS GROUND, UPS 3 Day, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air. There could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issue with the billing information provided, and any expected delays in shipping will be notified to the customer immediately.
Please note: ALL shipping is done on business days, and shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location.

All P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time.
For order tracking you can log into your account and check your orders page.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
REFUSED SHIPMENT / CANNOT BE DELIVERED?
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier due to customer entering incorrect address, will be returned to flyingmonkeyjeans.com
and the customer will be credited for the product cost, less the shipping charges.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
