Refund and Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return or exchange items. To be eligible, the merchandise must meet the following criteria:
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed for merchandise purchased from www.flyingmonkeyjeans.com. Items purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the original point of purchase.

When returning items, please pack and seal your box securely. Ensure that your package includes the Packing Slip for efficient processing.
What Is Return Coverage?
We offer Redo, a return protection service you can purchase at checkout:
- With Redo, your return shipping label is covered, and you can return any item(s) for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.*
- Redo covers all items in your order; no need to purchase it for each item.
If you choose not to purchase Redo, you can still submit a return, but you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Items returned with Redo must meet the same eligibility criteria as outlined above.
Refunds to Credit Card
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your package. Please ensure your return includes a Packing Slip or RA#. Orders returned beyond the 14-day timeframe or without approval will be sent back to the sender at their expense.
Returned items will be inspected before refunds are issued. If a returned item marked as defective is found to be in good sellable condition, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for damages caused by wear, wash, or alteration.
